Major Changes

Josh and I have been experiencing some major changes in the last couple of weeks. Not only are we preparing to have a baby but I am changing jobs and Josh is thinking about changing his major. I left Advocate Hospice after almost three years there. I have the opportunity to go from working with one sister (Lindsey) to working for another sister (Colette). Change is scary but I am SO EXCITED for this change. Colette is one amazing business woman and when she offered me a position to come and work for her I couldn't resist that opportunity. I have already learned so much about hard work and customer service from her and I have only had a little training. I am so excited to be her new assistant. Josh just finished up with his pre-reqs for dental school (with wonderful grades I must brag) and has been doing some major soul searching... He is still deciding but is probably going to change from Dental to Construction Management. It is a huge jump but I am completely confident in him and know that he will be successful in whatever he does in life. I told him I support him as long as he is doing something that he loves. I say that sounding like a great wife but I probably wouldn't be that supportive if he were older... He is pretty far ahead of the game with his schooling so he has some time to make some decisions. I am just happy that he decided now and not in a few years! :) A facebook friend posted this quote and it is exactly what I needed to hear! "Change is uncomfortable.
